In 1987, Craig Rennack came from the heating and air conditioning field to work for a home inspection company as an inspector. Since that time Craig has started up his own professional and successful home inspection company. He has been certified by the Property Inspectors Training Institute of Washington D.C. and in addition is a certified member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). As a member, Craig participates in the continuing education programs provided by the Great Lakes Chapter of ASHI. These programs keep him up-to-date with the latest in building technology, materials and professional skills. Craig has also been certified as an Exterior Insulation Finish System (EIFS) (Dryvit) inspector thru Exterior Design Institute of Norfolk, VA. Another service that has been added is thermal infrared imaging, a non destructive, non invasive means of inspecting. Craig has successfully completed and passed a Level I course on infrared thermography provided by Snell Infrared Resources of Montpelier, VT.
